Score
This is the real review screen. Click a candidate, score them, shortlist them.
The problem
Resumes are failing both sides.
Students
- Send hundreds of applications and hear back from almost none.
- Get filtered out by college name before anyone looks at what they can do.
- Can't tell which companies will actually teach them anything.
Employers
- Receive piles of near-identical, AI-polished resumes.
- Find that grades and degrees say little about real skill.
- Spend weeks interviewing people who can't do the job.
How it works
See the product, not a promise.
Pick a side and click through each step. These are working previews of the screens you'll use.
- Try it: everything on the right is clickable.
Why it's different
The usual way vs. HireSol
| Resume-based hiring | HireSol | |
|---|---|---|
| What gets judged | College name, CGPA and keywords | The work itself |
| Student effort | 200 applications, mostly unanswered | A few focused challenges, each with a response |
| Employer effort | Screening hundreds of look-alike resumes | Reviewing a shortlist of real work samples |
| Feedback | Usually none | A score and written feedback |
| What students keep | Nothing | Verified work on a public profile |
| Cost | Job boards charge per post | Free for everyone |
Is HireSol really free?+
Yes. Students never pay to apply or submit, and companies can post challenges for free. If we add paid features for companies later, we'll announce them well in advance, and they'll always be optional.
Isn't this just free work for companies?+
No. Challenges must relate to a genuine open role and be short, ideally 2–8 hours. Students keep ownership of their work, and companies can't use it commercially without a separate agreement and payment. We remove challenges that break these rules.
I'm not from a top college. Does that matter?+
Companies see your college on your profile, but they review and score the work you submit. That's the whole point of HireSol.
What can I submit?+
Anything with a link: a GitHub repo, a deployed site, a Figma file, a Google Doc or Sheet, a Notion page or a video walkthrough. Just make sure it's publicly viewable.
How long does a company take to respond?+
Every submission gets a status. Companies can see how many submissions are waiting for them, and students can see how responsive each company is from its reviews.
What kind of roles are on HireSol?+
Internships and entry-level roles in development, data, design, marketing, content, sales and more, posted by startups and growing companies.
